Probably not our healthiest option but bloody delicious. 🙂

Honey chipotle rubbed pork medallions with a superb compound butter on top

Just remove the butter from pork, add small amount of oil, cook over medium high heat for 4 minutes each side. Remove pork and cover to rest for a few minutes, turn off the pan and add the compound butter to the pan to melt. 🐮
